Limited Warranty

One Year Limited Warranty

Flosmore Malaysia warrants to you, the original purchaser of this new product, that the product shall be free of defects in the original manufacture of the material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of your purchase of the product (“Warranty Period”). This product must be purchased from an authorised dealer. This warranty does not cover refurbished product.

What does this Warranty Cover?

During the Warranty Period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is determined to be defective by an authorised dealer, Flosmore Malaysia will (at its sole option):

(1) repair the product with new parts; or

(2) replace the product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts.

Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Flosmore Malaysia and are not returned to you. Labour and parts charges will be incurred if service of products or parts are required after the Warranty Period expires.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?

Please email to us at warranty@flosmore.com.my. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please send the product to:

Note:
Please state the RMA number and indicate (“for warranty purposes”) clearly on the shipping box and include your name, phone number and address with the product inside the box.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please note that the 1 year warranty does not cover the following:

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage due to force majeure, such as lightning strikes, fire, flood, etc.
  • Misuse, Abuse, Negligence
  • Modification of any part of the product
  • Damage due to incorrect operation or maintenance
  • Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, abrasions, fading.
